Civil Division Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Terry holds a Journeyman certification in Carpentry since 1996. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various construction projects, including Industrial, Commercial, Municipality, BC Hydro, Pulp Mill, MOTH, and Mining Industry projects. Terry has diversified his skills by undertaking courses in management, supervision, safety, environmental practices, native awareness, and first aid. Over the past two decades, he has transitioned into into the roll of Operations Manager for the Civil Division, gaining expertise in scheduling, office management, time management, plan and document review, budgeting, estimating, proposals, contracts, coordination, sub trades, cost tracking, and employee management. Terry's extensive work experience spans British Columbia, Alberta, and Puerto Rico, where he adapted to different cultures, religions, work methodologies, weather, and site location logistics, contributing to his success at K2 Electric Ltd.
